Title a) Even where goods have been delivered and the customer is responsible for any loss, destruction of or damage to them, the legal and beneficial ownership of the goods will remain with the company until the company has received the payment in full of:- i) all amounts payable to the company in relation to the agreement, and ii) all other amounts due from the customer to the company in request of any and all other agreements.
